Palito de coco (Coconut stick) is a type of lollipop made of coconuts, milk, sugar and a caramelized top layer. It can be easily bought on the streets of the Dominican Republic especially now when it has gained even more publicity thanks to the song Palito de coco, performed by a local street seller.
