Transición de Auger
Un salto cuántico sin radiación que se produce en la región de rayos-X. Cuando un K-electrón es removido de un átomo y un L-electrón cae en la vacante en la capa K, la energía liberada en la transición de este último no entra en la radiación sino en la liberación de uno de los restantes L-electrones.
